re-engineering of the quality systems, including all aspects of management
controls, complaint handling, distribution, supplier controls, training, risk
management, process validation, software validation, master planning, and field
actions. Served as change consultant for re-organization of Quality, Clinical
and overall structure of the company.
Senior Consultant for the World Bank's modernized anti-poverty fighting
initiatives, for example: work with Bank economists and National cabinets of
Bolivia and Ghana to localize control of anti-poverty funding; work with Bank
officials, National leaders to worldwide press corps in anti-corruption
initiatives in seven African nations.
Lead consultant for IBM's efforts to accelerate complex change. Consult with
executive teams to implement strategic imperatives and streamline core
processes, for example: entering the e-business market; leveraging the services
business across Europe; developing the software market in China; leveraging the
emerging markets in the Pacific Rim, China, Middle East and Africa; integrating
global industry channels and country-specific traditions. Lead responsibility

Vicky was formerly the director in Boston University School of Management's
Executive Programs. Before entering the consulting field, she was on the faculty
of the University of Missouri, the University of Maine, and the University of
Maryland Extension in Japan. Vicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, a
Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, and has completed the coursework for
her doctorate in Organizational Development.
