Managing Consultant to Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group (PBG). Worked with senior leadership to reorganize PBG’s selling structure in order to optimize sales resources, drive profitability, and improve customer satisfaction. These goals were accomplished by redefining and realigning key roles to reflect changes in the PBG client landscape, eliminating redundant and non-value added work, identifying enablement tools, and developing programs/incentives to create a unified, motivated sales force.

Lead Consultant for IBM’s strategic change Initiative - ACT: Accelerate Change Together. This extensive engagement supported CEO Lou Gerstner’s strategy to leverage all of the pieces of IBM--hardware, services and software--to deliver top-to-bottom technology solutions. Worldwide ACT sessions moved the corporation, and its culture from an inflexible, product focused bureaucracy, to a fully integrated powerhouse. In addition to implementing the new strategy, ACT sessions produced more than $4 Billion to IBM’s bottom line in reduced costs and new revenue opportunities.

Lead Consultant for General Electric Company’s highly touted “Work-Out” initiative. As a core member of GE’s Work-Out team, Kelly was instrumental in the development of facilitator training materials and participating in numerous Work-Out events across many of the company’s businesses including Aircraft Engines, Medical Systems, Transportation, and the GE/Navair/Key Supplier partnership sessions.

Lead Consultant for significant change and work re-design initiatives at Boeing, Pacific Gas and Electric, Disney, The World Bank, Met Life, Conexant, and University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Lead Designer/Trainer/Coach for leadership development at the Pepsi-Cola Company, Dun & Bradstreet, (designed D&B University Leadership Series), AT&T, Abt Associates, and Dunkin’ Doughnuts.

Kelly formerly worked for Harbridge House, Inc. (a consulting firm) where she served as the company’s expert in the area of competency modeling and feedback design to support leadership training and coaching services/offerings.
