Managing Consultant to Transamerica's Real Estate Tax Services (TRETS). Acted as chief guide for the Executive team - tracking the moving parts and providing a practical framework to follow and no-nonsense coaching. TRETS moved from $12M EDIT to over $100M in 24 months while improving Customer Satisfaction two-fold.
Lead Consultant for IBM's strategic change Initiative. (ACT: Accelerate Change
Together). This extensive engagement supported CEO Lou Gerstner's strategy to
leverage all of the pieces of IBM - hardware, services and software - to deliver
top-to-bottom technology solutions. Worldwide ACT sessions moved the
corporation, and its culture from an inflexible, product focused bureaucracy, to
a fully integrated powerhouse. In addition to implementing the new strategy, ACT
sessions produced more than $4 Billion to IBM's bottom line in reduced costs and
new revenue opportunities.
Consultant to Boston Scientific. She supported BSC's worldwide change initiative
to enhance quality and safety. She lead Work-Outs for key areas in the value
chain and ran workshops for the top 200 executives.
Lead Consultant to Delta Airlines. Employed Work-Outs to engage frontline
employees - these included Pilots, Ticket Agents, Flight Attendants, Operations
and Customer Service. Results drove higher customer satisfaction and
productivity, lower costs and better working relationships with employee work
groups.
